Dressember - Day 14

Nearly half way through the month is perhaps time to post a link to the reason for the campaign - have a look at this Ted Talk on Youtube to hear more about how a dress can change the world.

Today I am wearing a black velvet pinafore by Trader over a burgundy turtle-neck from Peruvian Connection. I think the pinafore will see more outings this month as there are different things I can do with it! I confess I won a voucher for the jumper - though the basics like this are the more affordable (for me!) pieces in their collections. And it is made with quality pima cotton from the Andes, so has lasted well and held its shape and colour - buying to wear and wear again, not to throw away.

Santa wanted to be part of the picture too, as his outfit matches mine - but then someone else muscled in as well ..... happy dog!
